Abstract:
This invention provides a grinding device and method for a core drill bit, relating to the field of drill bit grinding technology. The invention includes a grinding box and a start motor, with motor slots opened on both sides of the grinding box, and upper and lower slots on both sides of the motor slot. The start motor is slidably set on the outer wall of the motor slot. With the setting of a deceleration sprinkling wheel, it is possible during use, when the grinding wheel roll grinds the drill bit and the temperature becomes too high, the driving mechanism will push up the grinding wheel roll and decelerate it. Once the grinding wheel roll decelerates, the deceleration sprinkling wheel will sprinkle water into the grinding box to cool down, preventing damage to the drill bit from excessive temperature. Additionally, through the setting of the steering wheel, during grinding, turning on the steering motor allows it to drive the steering wheel to rotate, thus adjusting the drill bit being ground to ensure that all edges of the drill bit are fully ground.

Please contact us before placing an order if you need a custom size, special thread, OEM logo, or project quotation. Product specifications, lead time, package and shipping details will be confirmed in the quotation. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Please contact us for details is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Please contact us for details as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
