Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of diamond drill bit repair technology and discloses an energy-saving and environmentally friendly repair device for diamond drill bits. The device has a repair box with a first water inlet fixed at the center of its upper surface, and a water collection assembly connected at the bottom. A support filter plate on the top surface has a clamping assembly, and above the diamond drill bit, a cleaning assembly is installed. Through the water collection assembly, wastewater from the cleaning process is collected and filtered, then re-injected into the first water inlet and a nozzle via a micro pump for spraying, creating a recycling process that reduces water waste and conserves energy. The clamping assembly allows for quick clamping of the diamond drill bit, increasing stability during cleaning and repair, preventing tipping, and making the process more efficient and less labor-intensive.
