Abstract:
The invention pertains to the diamond drill bit technology field, disclosing an improved diamond composite sheet drill bit for easy and rapid heat dissipation. Inside the shank, there is a heat dissipation groove with a thermal conduction component installed. Near the through-hole at the lower position inside the shank, a placement slot communicating with the through-hole is opened, and near both sides of the through-hole, first threaded holes communicating with it are also opened. The through-hole and placement slot house a drilling component, and the exterior of the shank is evenly sleeved with a protective component. The invention facilitates rapid heat conduction on the shank via the thermal conduction component, enhancing heat dissipation efficiency and preventing damage due to excessive heat. The drilling component assists in penetrating the rock, reducing wear on the diamond composite sheet from direct contact with the rock, and together, they increase drilling efficiency into the rock.

Please contact us before placing an order if you need a custom size, special thread, OEM logo, or project quotation. Product specifications, lead time, package and shipping details will be confirmed in the quotation. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Please contact us for details is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Please contact us for details as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
