This reinforced ribbed PDC core bit uses thickened rounded cutting elements on separated crown ribs. The rounded profile is intended to improve impact tolerance and maintain stable cutting contact in variable coal-mine and exploration formations.
Rounded reinforced cutting elements provide a less aggressive contact profile for variable or locally fractured formations.
Separated ribs leave open channels for flushing, cooling and cuttings evacuation.
Crown geometry, core opening, cutter layout and thread are configured around the actual sampling system.

| Product type | Reinforced rounded-cutter ribbed PDC core drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Separated crown ribs with thickened rounded / helmet-style PDC cutting elements |
| Body material | Alloy-steel body with reinforced PDC cutting elements |
| Primary applications | Coal-mine exploration, geological coring, water-well sampling and variable-formation drilling |
| Recommended formations | Soft to medium-hard and locally fractured formations where impact tolerance is more important than maximum aggressiveness |
| Not recommended without review | Very hard or highly abrasive formations requiring TSP or diamond-matrix designs |
| Available sizes | Current selectable outer diameters are shown above; inner core opening and crown geometry require confirmation |
| Customization | Outer/inner diameter, rib and cutter layout, connection, waterways, hardfacing, color and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
