Abstract:
This invention provides a composite geological drill bit with anti-sand blocking features, related to drilling equipment technology. The drill bit includes a body with a fixed connector on its upper surface, which is rotatably connected to a wheel disc inside. Cutting bodies are fixedly connected on both sides of the wheel disc on the upper surface of the drill bit body, and the cutting bodies have first cutting teeth fixedly connected to their upper surfaces. The sides of the first cutting teeth internally rotate and are connected to auxiliary discs. The hemispheres, elastic baffles, and elastomers block the water inlet and outlet channels and the two water outlet holes, which can be opened after water supply, preventing mud ingress. The rock is broken by the action of second cutting teeth, second gear teeth, and third gear teeth with a central rotating body, enhancing breaking efficiency. Cooling is efficiently achieved by the two water outlet holes working in conjunction with the water outlet heads.

Please contact us before placing an order if you need a custom size, special thread, OEM logo, or project quotation. Product specifications, lead time, package and shipping details will be confirmed in the quotation. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Please contact us for details is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Please contact us for details as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
