Abstract:
This invention provides a drill bit sintering device with good flattening effect, related to the field of drill bit sintering. The device includes a sintering table and an installation board, with a flattening mechanism set directly above the installation board. This mechanism is used to compact diamond powder before pushing it into the sintering furnace for sintering, avoiding the time-consuming and labor-intensive manual compaction. A water dripping cooling mechanism is used after the diamond powder has been sintered in the furnace. The setting of a flattening round plate allows for the compacting of diamond powder in the drill bit mold after it has been filled, controlled by an operator using a telescopic motor to lower and flatten the diamond powder, thereby avoiding manual flattening. As the flattening round plate compacts the powder, it also pushes the drill bit mold into the sintering furnace. During this process, a wiping component cleans impurities from the surface of the mold, ensuring the quality of the sintering result.
