Abstract:
This invention provides a diamond drill bit electroplating device with recyclable electroplating fluid, related to the field of drill bit electroplating. The device includes an electroplating tank and a placement head, inside which an up-and-down sliding slot is set, allowing a movable plate to move vertically. Each side of the movable plate is equipped with drill bit placement holes, between which is a movable handle, enabling the operator to press down the movable plate to submerge the diamond drill bit into the electroplating chamber for plating. When the movable plate is pressed down, it activates a transmission mechanism causing a decelerating pressing rod to contact a decelerating grinding wheel. The operator can then start the motor, which drives the stirring transmission rod to rotate slowly, stirring the electroplating fluid gently to achieve an excellent plating effect on the drill bit, while also preventing fast stirring from raising impurities from the bottom to adhere to the drill bit surface.

Please contact us before placing an order if you need a custom size, special thread, OEM logo, or project quotation. Product specifications, lead time, package and shipping details will be confirmed in the quotation. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Please contact us for details is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Please contact us for details as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
