Abstract:
The invention provides a grinding device for diamond composite sheet drill bit water injection channels, including a body with a worktable that divides the body cavity into an upper and a lower chamber. The upper chamber is equipped with a fan connected to the inside of the upper chamber, a water tank connected to the upper surface of the upper chamber, and a suction pipe that penetrates one side of the upper chamber and connects to a vacuum cleaner. The fan has an air outlet, and the midpoint of the water tank’s lower surface is connected to a spray nozzle. The vacuum cleaner is attached to one side of the body. The fan disperses debris from the grinding block through the air outlet, preventing residue from affecting grinding accuracy and thereby improving precision. A sieve plate is used for removing metal debris, allowing for recycling. Water sprayed from the nozzle dissolves the dust into the water, which then falls into a recovery box, achieving dust removal and water recycling, reducing water resource usage.

Please contact us before placing an order if you need a custom size, special thread, OEM logo, or project quotation. Product specifications, lead time, package and shipping details will be confirmed in the quotation. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Please contact us for details is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Please contact us for details as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
