This blade-segment PDC core bit uses separated cutting sections around an open core passage. The segmented crown provides flushing channels and distributes cutting contact for geological and mining coring. Hard-rock and granite applications require formation-specific cutter selection and field confirmation.
Separated blade sections provide defined cutting contact and open channels for fluid and cuttings.
The open center supports sample recovery when matched to the correct core barrel.
Granite and quartz-rich rock can be highly abrasive; PDC grade, layout and operating parameters must be confirmed before use.

| Product type | Blade-segment PDC core drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Separated blade / tube-section crown with PDC cutting elements and open core passage |
| Body material | Alloy-steel body with PDC cutters and wear-resistant protection |
| Primary applications | Geological exploration, mining coring and formation sampling |
| Recommended formations | Medium to harder formations after technical review |
| Important limitation | Granite, quartz-rich, highly abrasive, very hard or severely fractured rock may require TSP or diamond-matrix alternatives |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; outer/inner diameter and crown structure require confirmation |
| Customization | Outer/inner diameter, blade count, cutter grade/layout, connection, waterways, hardfacing and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
