This TSP core bit is intended for hard-rock and deep sampling systems where thermally stable polycrystalline cutters and a double-tube core barrel help protect sample quality. Final performance depends on rock abrasiveness, cutter geometry, core-barrel compatibility and controlled operating parameters.
TSP cutting elements retain useful properties at higher cutting temperatures than conventional PDC in suitable hard-rock applications.
A matched double-tube barrel helps isolate and protect the core during retrieval.
Cutter layout, crown geometry, barrel standard and flushing must be configured for depth and formation.

| Product type | Double-tube TSP core drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | TSP cutting elements on a coring crown matched to a double-tube core system |
| Primary applications | Hard-rock geological exploration, deep formation sampling and mineral investigation |
| Suitable formations | Hard and competent formations after technical selection; highly abrasive or fractured intervals require specific crown/cutter review |
| Sample protection | Designed for use with a matched double-tube barrel to improve core recovery and integrity |
| Operating requirement | Controlled speed/feed and adequate cooling/flushing are required; avoid overheating and unsuitable impact loading |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; core-barrel standard, outer/inner diameter and thread require confirmation |
| Customization | Crown geometry, TSP layout, outer/inner diameter, connection, waterways and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
