Abstract:
The invention discloses a grinding device for diamond geological drill bit tips, including a worktable with a second rail connected to a rotating motor. The output end of the rotating motor penetrates a hydraulic chuck and connects to a spindle, which has a cavity and a third groove on the outer side of the spindle. The periphery of the spindle has a clamping plate with a fourth groove, matching the first groove, connected to the third groove by a connecting spring. The clamping plate is externally connected with an anti-slip pad. The device includes a control mechanism to push the scale block mounted on the connecting plate for measuring the grinding piece, with a temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature during grinding to prevent overheating and ensuring effective grinding. The anti-slip pad increases the friction between the grinding piece and the clamping plate, preventing loosening during the grinding process.
