Abstract:
The invention relates to a flexible connection anti-vibration drill bit mechanism, including an outer tube, an inner tube, a joint, and a drill bit. The outer tube consists of an upper and a lower tube body connected together, with the inner tube installed inside the outer tube. An annular groove is set inside the upper tube body, and one end of the inner tube features an annular protrusion that matches the annular groove, allowing the protrusion to fit into the groove and move within it. An elastic element is placed in the groove, with its ends abutting against the bottom of the groove and the top of the annular protrusion, respectively. This anti-vibration drill bit uses a flexible connection between the drill bit and the drill string, which effectively prevents cutting tooth damage due to vibration when drilling through hard layers or interbedded soft and hard strata, thus extending the lifespan of the drill bit.
