Abstract:
This invention provides a drill bit specifically designed for basalt, including a first and a second drill bit, with the first drill bit mounted on the second. The second drill bit features radially protruding blades or wings on its side, equipped with cutting units for slicing and breaking rock. At least two blades are provided, with reinforcing ribs on one side of each blade. This design effectively enhances heat dissipation and facilitates the disassembly and replacement of the drill bit, thus improving its service life. The reinforcing ribs on the blades increase structural strength and aid in the removal of debris, reducing the risk of jamming and obstruction during drilling, and effectively improving drilling effectiveness and efficiency.

Please contact us before placing an order if you need a custom size, special thread, OEM logo, or project quotation. Product specifications, lead time, package and shipping details will be confirmed in the quotation. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Please contact us for details is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Please contact us for details as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
