This flat-tooth diamond core bit is intended for geological coring and sample recovery in harder, abrasive formations. The diamond cutting crown requires controlled feed, suitable rotational speed and continuous water or drilling-fluid cooling to manage heat and protect the cutting surface.
Diamond cutting elements provide the wear resistance needed for harder and abrasive formations.
The open center is designed to produce a cylindrical core when matched to the correct core barrel.
Continuous water or drilling-fluid circulation helps control heat, clear cuttings and extend crown life.

| Product type | Flat-tooth diamond core drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Segmented / flat-tooth diamond cutting crown with central core passage |
| Body material | Steel body with diamond cutting segments / crown |
| Primary applications | Hard-rock geological coring, mineral exploration and formation sampling |
| Typical formations | Limestone, sandstone, marble, gneiss, granite and other hard/abrasive rock after bond and grit selection |
| Operating requirement | Use suitable coolant / drilling fluid, controlled feed and stable rotational speed; avoid overheating and dry running unless specifically configured |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; core barrel standard and inner diameter require confirmation |
| Customization | Outer/inner diameter, crown/bond specification, grit selection, connection, waterways and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
