This half-blade scraper PDC core bit uses separated cutting segments around an open core passage. Compared with a continuous full-piece crown, the segmented layout provides more open flow space for cooling and cuttings evacuation.
Separated cutting segments leave larger waterways around the crown to move cuttings and cool the face.
The open center supports core entry when the bit is matched to the required core barrel.
Outer diameter, core opening, segment arrangement and thread can be configured after technical review.

| Product type | Half-blade / segmented scraper PDC core drill bit |

| Body material | Alloy-steel body with PDC cutting elements and wear-resistant protection |
| Primary applications | Water-well coring, geological exploration and formation sampling |
| Recommended formations | Soft to medium-hard formations where open flushing around the crown is beneficial; confirm abrasive, fractured or very hard rock |
| Available sizes | Current selectable outer diameters are shown above; core opening and crown dimensions require confirmation |
| Connection | Custom thread and core-tube matching available |
| Customization | Outer diameter, core opening, connection, segment/cutter layout, waterways, logo, color and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
