This ribbed PDC core bit uses separated crown ribs with individual cutting elements around an open core passage. The structure balances stable coring contact with open flow channels for cooling and cuttings evacuation in exploration, coal-mine and water-well work.
Individual crown ribs provide defined cutting contact while leaving open channels between segments.
The central passage supports formation sampling when matched to the correct core barrel.
Rib count, cutter arrangement, diameter and thread can be configured after formation and core-system review.

| Product type | Ribbed PDC core drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Separated crown ribs with individual PDC cutting elements and open core passage |
| Body material | Alloy-steel body with PDC cutters and wear-resistant protection |
| Primary applications | Geological exploration, coal-mine drilling, water-well coring and formation sampling |
| Recommended formations | Soft to medium-hard formations; cutter grade and rib geometry should be reviewed for abrasive or fractured layers |
| Available sizes | Current selectable diameters are shown above; inner core diameter and crown geometry require confirmation |
| Connection | Threaded connection matched to core barrel / drill string |
| Customization | Outer and inner diameter, rib count, cutter layout, waterways, connection, color, logo and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
