This spiral PDC core bit uses helical crown geometry to guide flushing flow and cuttings away from the cutting face during geological and mining coring. It is best selected for formation-matched PDC applications; granite, quartzite and other highly abrasive hard rock require careful review and may need diamond or TSP alternatives.
Spiral crown geometry directs fluid and cuttings around the bit face.
The center supports sample entry and recovery when matched to the correct core barrel.
PDC performance depends strongly on abrasiveness, fracture condition and operating parameters.

| Product type | Spiral PDC core drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Helical / spiral crown segments with PDC cutting elements and central core passage |
| Body material | Alloy-steel body with PDC cutters and wear-resistant protection |
| Primary applications | Geological exploration, mining coring and formation sampling |
| Recommended formations | Soft to medium-hard formations where spiral flushing improves cuttings removal |
| Important limitation | Granite, quartzite, granodiorite and other highly abrasive or very hard rock may require TSP or impregnated/surface-set diamond bits |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; core opening, crown layout and thread require confirmation |
| Customization | Outer/inner diameter, spiral geometry, cutter grade/layout, connection, waterways, hardfacing and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
