This TSP core bit is configured for deep water-well, geological exploration and selected gas-venting or mining sampling holes where heat-resistant cutting elements and core recovery are required. Final crown and cutter selection must match formation, depth, core system and site safety requirements.
Thermally stable polycrystalline cutters support demanding coring conditions after formation matching.
The open crown preserves a formation sample for geological or mining assessment.
Depth, barrel system, flushing, connection and gas-control requirements must be confirmed.

| Product type | TSP core drill bit for deep-well and geological sampling |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Thermally stable polycrystalline cutting elements on an open coring crown |
| Primary applications | Deep water wells, geological exploration, mining sampling and selected gas-venting holes |
| Recommended formations | Hard and competent formations after TSP cutter/crown selection |
| Safety note | Gas-venting or methane-hole drilling must follow site gas-control, ventilation and drilling procedures |
| Operating requirement | Controlled speed/feed and adequate cooling/flushing; avoid excessive impact and overheating |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; core-barrel standard, core diameter and thread require confirmation |
| Customization | TSP cutter layout, crown geometry, outer/inner diameter, connection, waterways and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
