This TSP core bit is intended for hard-rock and deep geotechnical sampling where a representative core is needed for formation assessment. Thermally stable cutters improve heat tolerance, while correct crown selection, barrel matching and controlled drilling protect core quality.
The open crown produces a sample for logging, testing and formation assessment.
TSP elements support hard-rock coring where heat and wear challenge conventional PDC.
Outer/inner diameter, barrel standard, connection and crown geometry must be confirmed together.

| Product type | TSP core drill bit for geotechnical and hard-rock sampling |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Thermally stable polycrystalline cutting elements on a coring crown |
| Primary applications | Geotechnical investigation, hard-rock exploration and deep-well formation sampling |
| Recommended formations | Hard and competent rock after cutter/crown selection |
| Important limitation | Extremely abrasive, highly fractured or very hard formations may require impregnated/surface-set diamond bits |
| Operating requirement | Controlled speed/feed, stable barrel alignment and adequate cooling/flushing |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; barrel standard, core diameter and thread require confirmation |
| Customization | Crown profile, TSP cutter shape/layout, outer/inner diameter, connection, waterways and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
