This four-wing spiral PDC bit combines a balanced coreless cutting layout with open spiral waterways. The design is intended to move clay-rich cuttings away from the face, reduce packing and maintain steady penetration in deep water-well and geothermal work.
Spiral waterways provide a clearer flow path where sticky clay and mud can otherwise pack around the bit.
Balanced wings support consistent hole geometry and smoother torque response.
Diameter, connection, cutter layout, waterway and hardfacing can be confirmed for the project.

| Product type | Four-wing spiral coreless PDC drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Balanced four-wing spiral profile with open flushing waterways |
| Body material | Alloy-steel body with PDC cutters and wear-resistant hardfacing |
| Primary applications | Deep water wells, geothermal wells, mine holes and large-diameter coreless drilling |
| Recommended formations | Soft to medium-hard formations, especially clay-rich, muddy or fractured layers where cuttings removal is important |
| Connection | API / REG / project-specific thread after drill-string confirmation |
| Available sizes | Current selectable diameters are shown above; large diameters and custom builds require engineering confirmation |
| Customization | Diameter, connection, cutter layout, flushing design, hardfacing, color, logo and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
