This five-wing helical PDC drill bit is designed to distribute cutting load across a wider, more stable face while spiral flow paths move cuttings away from the hole bottom. It is intended for controlled drilling in marble, limestone and comparable stone formations after application review.
More cutting wings distribute contact around the bore and support smoother drilling response.
Spiral channels help direct cuttings away from the cutting face and reduce recutting.
Cutter grade, layout, connection and diameter should be selected for the specific marble or stone formation.

Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
