This four-wing concave PDC bit combines a recessed center for tracking with a broader four-wing cutting structure for stability. It can be configured for water-well, mining and geological drilling in medium to harder formations, but cutter grade and operating parameters must be matched to the actual rock.
The recessed center supports directional tracking and helps stabilize the bit face.
Four wings distribute cutting contact and provide a more supported profile than a lighter three-wing design.
Harder or abrasive rock requires confirmed cutter grade, layout, gauge protection and drilling parameters.

| Product type | Four-wing concave coreless PDC drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Four fixed-cutter wings with concave center and flushing waterways |
| Body material | Alloy-steel body with PDC cutters and wear-resistant protection |
| Primary applications | Water-well, mining and geological coreless drilling |
| Recommended formations | Medium to moderately hard formations after technical review; selected builds may suit harder rock |
| Important limitation | “Hard rock” performance is formation-specific; quartz-rich, highly abrasive, fractured or very hard rock requires engineering confirmation and may need TSP / diamond alternatives |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; large diameters and connections require confirmation |
| Customization | Diameter, thread, cutter grade/layout, concave profile, waterways, gauge protection, color and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
