This four-wing spiral PDC bit is configured for coreless water-well, geological and coal-mine drilling where stable cutting contact and continuous cuttings flow are required. The spiral wing and waterway layout helps move debris away from the face during longer bore intervals.
Four wings distribute load and support smoother coreless drilling.
Helical wing and waterway geometry helps move cuttings away from the bottom.
Connection, gauge protection, cutters and flushing are selected for water-well or coal-mine rig conditions.

| Product type | Four-wing spiral solid / coreless PDC drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Four spiral fixed-cutter wings with open flushing waterways |
| Primary applications | Water wells, geological drilling, coal-mine holes and underground exploration |
| Recommended formations | Soft to medium-hard formations; cutter grade and gauge protection require formation review |
| Selection note | This solid/coreless bit removes the full bore; use a core bit when formation samples must be preserved |
| Important limitation | Hard, highly abrasive or severely fractured formations require technical review |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; diameter, connection and cutter layout require confirmation |
| Customization | Diameter, thread, cutter grade/layout, spiral profile, waterways, gauge protection, color and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
