This three-wing concave coreless PDC bit is designed for fast penetration in soft to medium-hard sedimentary formations. The concave center helps the bit track, while the open three-wing layout supports self-cleaning and efficient cuttings removal.
The recessed center helps stabilize the cutting face and guide the bit during coreless drilling.
Wide spaces between wings improve flushing and reduce packing in clay-rich formations.
Suitable configurations can be built for water wells, geothermal holes, grouting holes and coal-mine work.

| Product type | Three-wing concave coreless PDC drill bit |
|---|---|
| Cutting structure | Open three-wing fixed-cutter layout with concave center |
| Body material | Alloy-steel body with PDC / tungsten-carbide cutting structure, depending on confirmed build |
| Primary applications | Water wells, geothermal exploration, grouting holes, coal-mine holes and geological drilling |
| Recommended formations | Soft to medium-hard sedimentary formations such as clay-rich layers, mudstone, shale and sandstone |
| Not recommended without review | Highly abrasive, severely fractured or very hard formations |
| Available sizes | Current selectable sizes are shown above; connection and large diameters require engineering confirmation |
| Customization | Diameter, thread, cutter grade/layout, waterway, hardfacing, color, logo and packaging |
Performance depends on formation, rig parameters, flushing and operating practice. Final configuration should be confirmed by the technical team.
Send diameter, thread/connection, formation description, target depth, rig model, flushing method and quantity. Photos or geological reports improve configuration accuracy.
