Abstract:
This invention provides a bionic inlay diamond drill bit matrix welding and fixing device, related to the field of drill bit welding technology. The device includes a fixing table and an installation board, with an upper and lower adjustment mechanism set in two groups symmetrically around the center of the fixing table to adjust the entire installation board vertically, facilitating rotational welding when the casing contacts the fixing seat. A clamping and fixing mechanism is used to secure the casing or fixing seat on the installation board, also ensuring different lengths of casings and fixing seats can be held. Positioned on the upper and lower adjustment mechanism, the clamping and fixing mechanism allows for easy clamping of the drill bit matrix during welding. Furthermore, the cooling fan is designed to operate at a slow speed during normal welding, blowing on the welding fumes without affecting the welding quality of the drill bit matrix.

Please contact us before placing an order if you need a custom size, special thread, OEM logo, or project quotation. Product specifications, lead time, package and shipping details will be confirmed in the quotation. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Please contact us for details is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Please contact us for details as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
