Abstract:
This invention provides a high sharpness geological drill bit and its manufacturing method, related to the drill bit manufacturing field. The drill bit includes a drill bit body with placement holes at the lower end and several conical drill teeth fixed around the placement holes. The end face of the conical drill teeth has several second chip removal grooves. Inside the drill bit body is a moving groove, with a support block fixedly connected at the upper end of the moving groove. A support column is set through the support block, with a connecting block fixedly connected to the lower end of the support column and opposite the end of the moving groove. Several auxiliary drilling tools are fixedly connected around the lower end of the connecting block, with the lower end face of the auxiliary drilling tools having several first chip removal grooves and chip-cutting edges set opposite the mouth of the first chip removal grooves. The conical drill teeth and auxiliary drilling tools effectively facilitate its use.
